Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. strives to distinguish itself as an organization committed to confronting the challenges of African Americans and, hence, all Americans. As a national organization, a wide range of programs which address education, health, international development, and the strengthening of the African American family have been implemented. The Nu Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has worked to embody the true meaning of this mission in all aspects. The mission has realized through the Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of: Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.
